1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tuesday Night Golf application (“App”) or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Tuesday Night Golf is a mobile golf league management application that allows users to organize leagues, track scores, manage handicaps, engage with other golfers via a social feed, and access league-related features. The App is intended for recreational golf league use and is not affiliated with any official golf governing body.

3. Subscription Plans

Access to premium features of the App requires an active subscription. We offer the following plans:

• Monthly Plan: $5.99 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $49.99 per year, billed annually

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. The duration of any free trial will be communicated at the time of sign-up. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Only one free trial per user is permitted.

5. Billing & Payment

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a subscription, you are entering into a contract with Paddle for billing and payment processing purposes. Tuesday Night Golf does not store your payment information.

By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All applicable taxes are handled by Paddle as required by law.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the App or via Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless required by applicable law.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by Paddle's refund policy. For any billing inquiries, disputes, or refund requests, please contact Paddle support directly. Tuesday Night Golf does not process refunds independently. Refund eligibility may vary based on your region and applicable consumer protection laws.

8. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

9. User Content

The App includes a social feed and communication features (“banter”). You retain ownership of any content you post (“User Content”), but by posting you grant Tuesday Night Golf a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating the App. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post illegal, offensive, or defamatory content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure
• Distribute spam, malware, or disruptive content
• Impersonate other users or entities

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Tuesday Night Golf are the exclusive property of Tuesday Night Golf or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuesday Night Golf and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. If you have any concerns about jurisdiction, please contact us.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
